Diva Challenge 331 - Petoskey stones in Michigan

How fun that guest blogger Jane Reiter taught us this week about petoskey stones, fossilized coral polyps brought to Michigan by glaciers.  Here's my interpretation of them, or maybe I should call this "petoskey stone-inspired" tangling.  Thanks, Jane.  What a creative challenge!

    1. Thanks, Annette. That's one of my favorite things about tangling on a tan tile, being able to add those highlights.

  3. This was a fun (and educational) challenge. I like how you even incorporated a "river" in your Petoskey Inspired tile-----at least I think I see flowing water around some of the stones while others rest on a pebble beach. BTW, I am stone cold sober. ;-)

    1. Yes, definitely a river, Suzanne. I saw it, too, and felt it as it asked to flow out of my pen. Although being stone-cold sober may or may not be a good thing!
