Diva challenge 319 - BEad INSPIRED

This week's Diva challenge is inspired by the Beads of Courage program, which recognized the courage of children as they face medical procedures.  For each type of procedure they endure, they received a different color of bead. Wonderful!  Laura asks us to BEad INSPIRED by this program or to reflect, in tangles, on what inspires courage in us.  My answers, reflected in this tile, are:

*seeing the courage of others inspired courage in me.
*tangling helps me find courage, although this sometimes feels paradox-ical.
*talking to friends and reaching out for support bolsters my courage.  (If you look at my tile upside down, the "boomerangs" look like overlapping smiles.)

  1. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to comment, it kept me in a loop. Laura's Challenges have opened me to so many things I didn't know I think the bead program is so amazing. Nice tile.

    1. Thanks, Kate. I have no idea what the actual Beads of Color look like, but wouldn't it be fun for the kids if they were decorated like mine?
